Music Monday Workout Mix #alpha

Here it goes… 

I listen to allot of music, I listen to allot of music while I’m working out. However, the trouble is finding the right mix to keep me going, especially when the need something to pump me up at the right moment. A few years ago I used to produce music and DJ just a little. Sadly I haven’t given myself the excuse to sit down and mix it up, until now. This post is the first of many DJ mixes to help assist in getting a heavy sweat going at the gym. 

Please keep in mind that I’m pretty rusty and fresh to Ableton Live so this mix is far from perfect, but worth a listen. My end goal is to create well produced mixes that fit well within a cardio session keeping tactics like 30x90 in mind with highs, lows, and well spaced resting periods. I want these mixes to be an audio journey in cardio.
